These terms and conditions applies to the Kahf Guard app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Kahf Yazılım A.Ş. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.

By using Kahf Guard, you agree that all payments for services or products provided through the app will be processed externally via third-party services.

The Application may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and other statistics.

সাবস্ক্রিপশন

Kahf Guard offers optional Premium subscriptions. Subscriptions are processed through third-party payment providers (Stripe and bKash). You may cancel your subscription at any time.

দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা

In no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Application.

পরিবর্তন

The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
